In Canada:
Orders must be accompanied with the following information:

Order number and date
Visa or Mastercard number and expiry date
Contact person or Department, full postal address and phone number
Courier account number and customs broker for class orders of The Fifth Kingdom
(must be a courier that operates in both Canada and the USA)


US orders are the same except no customs broker is necessary
Class orders for Fifth Kingdom books will be forwarded to Focus (US Distributor)
CD-ROM orders and all other items will be shipped by Mycologue.
