There
are about 10,000 kinds of mushroom, and although not very
many of them are really poisonous you wouldn't want to make
a mistake and eat one of the bad ones. There are several
kinds of mushroom poisoning, with various effects, and a
few species can kill you, and the symptoms of poisoning
may not begin for many hours or even days... ...so be extremely
careful if you are planning on eating any wild mushrooms.
Have your identifications checked by a truly knowledgeable
person.
